All programs are for a batch size of 30 to 40 participants.
Implementation of Program
The programs will be based on a pre fixed timetable which will be determined on a quarterly schedule. Schedule once fixed will not undergo changes. All the necessary arrangements like the Training room, Overhead projector, etc; to be provided by the institute
Designing of systems for Recruitment, Performance review and Appraisal
Recruitment process will come into effect only after studying the needs. If we are made part of the process then we may lay some guidelines and regulations. For creating the Performance Appraisal System we will be setting up the process.
